Learn to Love Yourself

It is crucial to take care of yourself before you take care of others. Growing up, I felt like I was running towards a paved highway with guardrails directing me where to go and got used to listening to others. By the time college came around, It was an empty field with no set roads ahead of me. I was confused and tried to follow what others told me, but soon I realized I was doing things that weren’t necessarily what I wanted to do. No one will live my life for me and listen to advice, but don’t let others decide what you should do.
