Core Values for the Culture

  1. Fun — This is something that I think should be part of work. If fun is lacking in culture, people are going to get drained or burnout eventually. By making sure the team knows each other and people are comfortable with each other, It will allow people to have better communication between teammates and increase productivity.
  2. Integrity — Making sure we are doing the right things is essential. This is something that everyone should have without having to be said but making sure to know and do what is right is important.
  3. Respect — Respecting others will make sure the team will be successful. It will prevent any unwanted drama or political battle in a company and will improve efficiency.
